Amazon is the ish. They have it all. Variety, service, quality and speed. They engage their consumers, and if someone isn’t happy, they find a way to get them smiling again. The purchase of a variety of ad books this term marks the first time I used Amazon.com, and I was surprisingly pleased. Everyone knows Amazon does it right, but I didn’t realize it until I experienced it first hand. I received my book orders, a kindle for my mom and a space heater for my room all within two days of the order. Their customer service far surpasses Ebay’s, and as I’m starting to search for Christmas presents for family and friends, Amazon is the first place I look. I wanted to see how others reacted to the site and found that their positive comments matched mine and were also fairly consistent across review websites.
It is important to recognize brands that are doing it right. Amazon has creative, simple solutions to consumer problems and they possess an invaluable dedication to their consumers and ethical business practices.
